I started this store because I felt like all these big box stores have become cold and callas, knowing they are the only show in town, their shopping experience has become…..well, Terrible. Empty shelves, bumping into employees filling internet orders, blocked isle from these picking carts. I said to myself, “What happened to the way stores used to compete for customers?” To answer that, it was not just about merchandise, it was the SERVICE. The employees new customers by name and gave service with a smile. I wholeheartedly believe in this.
